Attorney Forde is licensed to practice law in New York, the District of Columbia and the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago and is dedicated to the practice of law in the areas of Real Estate, Landlord-Tenant, Foreclosure, Wills/Trusts/Estates, and Bankruptcy. Clients benefit from legal expertise coupled with wide ranging knowledge of the real estate industry--including, but not limited to, marketing, sales, mortgages, commercial, and leasing.

Before being called to the Bar, Attorney Forde was an Associate Broker with Douglas Elliman Real Estate.

Attorney Forde received a B.A. in English from Connecticut College and a J.D. from the University of Minnesota as a recipient of the Lorraine O. Berman Memorial Scholarship and Student Director of the law school's Housing Clinic.
